I highly recommend Bair Mechanical. Tony was wonderful! They installed a new furnace for us. The work was done fast and better than we could have imagined. Tony and his crew went way above and beyond!! My entire house is warm for the first time since we moved in and my basement is no longer creepy. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Bair Mechanical was recommended to me by my neighbor after Tony had repaired his heating system, saving him thousands of dollars compared to replacing it. On a Sunday, I thought I smelled a gas leak and after National Grid said there was no issue, I still asked Tony to come out and take a look. He immediately spotted some issues with my current water heater, which made it easy for me to decide to get it replaced. Tony's price was lower than another local company even though he planned to install a nicer hot water heater. Along with a same day install of the water heater, he inspected my heating and sump pump system. Without trying to upsell me on additional products, he provided helpful tips about little items I could fix myself to improve my systems and make them more efficient. Fast reliable service with expert experience. Called out on the weekend before 4th of July holiday and quickly arrived, diagnosed the problem and completed the work in short order. Tony was very knowledgeable. When he realized that the sink faucet set that I had pre-purchased online was not a good choice for my sink because of the pre-drilled holes in the pedestal, he recommended that I go immediately to Home Depot to purchase a better brand and correct size faucet set. He came back later in the day and did the installation of the second faucet set without any problems. Fortunately, I was able to return the first faucet set that I purchased online. I highly recommend Bair Mechanical.
